Realmente, estoy dejando el comentario por mis padres. Les contraté una visita guiada con Alhambra Online a la Alhambra con ellos porque ya les conocia, mi pareja y yo la hicimos en septiembre de 2020 y fue una experiencia increíblemente positiva, por eso repeti cuando mis padre me pidieron consejo para la visita. Me dijeron que lo pasaron genial y que el tiempo se les paso volando. Teniendo en cuenta que mi padre es un cliente exigente eso es mucho decir. Su guia fue Eduardo y solo tenían buenas palabras para describirle. Acierto seguro

Buenos guías y muy buen trato. Recomiendo mucho el tour por la Alhambra de Granada , se aprende muchísimo. ademas su centro de atencion al cliente es fabuloso y las chicas que lo atienden son muy amables , y te informan de todo lo que puedes hacer en Granada . lo recomendamos a quien quiera hacer una visita

Servicio estupendo tanto a la hora de hacer la reserva como a la hora de prestar el servicio. El guia que nos asignaron, Carlos , buenísimo. El hecho de que hablara árabe, además de los idiomas de mi familia, hizo de la visita una experiencia inolvidable. El tiempo se nos paso volando. Añadir que el recinto estaba muy limpio, y que, a pesar de todos los que estábamos alli, en ningún momento tuvimos sensación de agobio. Muchas gracias

La visita con Antonio Villalobos è stata decisamente entusiasmante: siamo stati fortunati in quanto il nostro gruppo era formato da solamente sei persone. Siamo partiti senza ritardi con Antonio, che è riuscito a portarci indietro nel tempo e a farci amare Granada e la sua storia. Assolutamente consigliata e indimenticabile questa esperienza!

Nous avons réservé une visite en français et nous avons eu une visite en français et en espagnol. Ce n’est pas ce qui était prévu et cela a nuit à la fluidité de la visite. Dommage !

Very informative and interesting tour about Alhambra and it's extensive history and surroundings. Emilio exhibited tremendous knowledge which led to an enriching and enjoyable tour. It's not easy to keep tourists involved for very three hours, but he did it!! A truly great job by Emilio and fantastic tour. I really learned a lot.

My friend and I participated in a morning small group guided tour of the Alhambra. On the day we found the building easily enough and the check in process was straightforward. Maybe a sign downstairs to indicate to people to go upstairs would help with a little bit of clarity for check in, quite a few people lined up downstairs and we were all kindly pointed in the direction of upstairs. Our guide António was wonderful. He checked that all the headsets were working before we left for the tour. On the tour he was personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. I learnt a lot of the history of the Alhambra and all the different parts along with pointing out different features and it was a very enjoyable experience being guided by *****. I would like to thank him for making our experience so memorable.

Everything was ok. Very competent guide. Improvements? Maybe the guide should take some small breaks in his talking. Not talk constantly. But this is a very minor thing

Our guide Guillermo was very knowledgeable and professional and provided much detailed information about how the Moors came to create Granada and especially the Alhambra.. He made our visit to the Alhambra a memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour and this guide in particular.
