The Alhambra is the most visited monument in Spain and one of the best preserved Islamic palatial complexes in the world. Built between the 13th and 15th centuries by the sultans of the Nasrid dynasty, the palatine city combines military, residential and garden architecture in an enclosure that still today impresses with its scale and the precision of its ornamentation. On this private tour we visit the three main areas of the complex with an expert guide dedicated exclusively to the group, without other travelers and without the pace constraints of large groups.

Our route through the Nasrid Palaces takes us through the Mexuar, the Palace of Comares and the Court of the Lions, the three centers of Nasrid political and residential power, with time to pause at each element without pressure. The Alcazaba, the oldest military fortress in the complex, offers from its Torre de la Vela the most complete panoramic view of Granada and the vega. The Generalife, the sultans' resting palace, closes the route with its irrigation channel gardens and Mediterranean vegetation. The order of visit to the Nasrid Palaces is determined by the entry time assigned by the Patronato de la Alhambra at the time of booking.

Practical information

• Access: The customer arrives on their own at the meeting point at the Alhambra.
• Tickets: Included for all areas: Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife.
• Visit order: Access to the Nasrid Palaces follows the time assigned by the Patronato de la Alhambra at the time of booking. The itinerary is adapted to that time slot.
• Capacity: The Alhambra has a limited daily capacity. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
• Footwear: Comfortable shoes are recommended for the walk through the different areas and gardens of the complex.

- Cancellations made between 59 days and 72 hours before the date of the activity will incur a charge of €32 per person for administrative costs.

- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the date of the activity will incur a charge of €8 per person for administrative costs.

- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity are non-refundable. We recommend checking availability and confirming the date before completing your booking.

- Cancellation by the company: In the exceptional case of lack of ticket availability or technical impossibility to fulfill the order, THE COMPANY may cancel the reservation with a minimum notice of 12 hours, guaranteeing a 100% refund of the amount paid to the customer or, if preferred, their transfer to a priority waiting list. THE COMPANY is exempt from any other additional responsibility or compensation for damages arising from this cancellation due to lack of ticket availability at the Monument.

• Nature of the service: The customer acknowledges that this reservation constitutes a management order for the acquisition of nominative tickets before the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife. Since the service begins immediately after payment and is linked to a specific date and time for a recreational activity, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply, in accordance with Art. 103, paragraphs a) and l) of the TRLCU.
• Schedule management: THE COMPANY reserves the right, depending on the actual availability of tickets issued by the Monument, to adjust the schedule of the visit (guided or self-guided). An adjustment of up to [6] hours from the initially requested schedule will be considered an acceptable adjustment. If the necessary adjustment exceeds this margin, the customer may choose to accept the new schedule or request the termination of the contract with a full refund. By making this management order, the customer expressly accepts this schedule flexibility linked to official availability.
